Despite sitting out the 2024 season, the Bucks are determined to keep the spirit of the Indoor Football League (IFL) alive as they prepare for a dynamic return in 2025.

Fans won’t miss a moment of the Region 3 North Dakota High School Volleyball Tournament beginning today, as BEK TV brings all the games to living rooms across the state this week. The action-packed schedule begins with eight teams, each vying for a chance to advance to the state tournament.
