Eighteen-year-old entrepreneur Kaimbree Gerding, who launched an online baking business at 14, now runs Taste of B’s food truck off Mitchell Avenue North, serving baked goods, blended smoothies, barbecue, and creative coffee brews from spring through fall. Right next door, co-owners Emy Fettig and Brandee Leier transformed a former funeral home into Drop Dead Gorgeous, a full-service salon and spa offering cuts, color, extensions, nails, tanning, facials, men’s cuts, kids’ services, products, and a clothing boutique.
