Federal Immigration Officers Reduced in Minneapolis, Comedian Shows Canceled

First, they broke down the news that the federal government is withdrawing 700 Immigration and Customs Enforcement and Border Patrol officers from Minneapolis amid ongoing tensions over the national immigration enforcement operation known as Operation Metro Surge. The decision came after local officials agreed to cooperate more closely with federal authorities following weeks of protests and controversial law enforcement actions, including two fatal shootings involving federal agents.

Next, the show tackled a major entertainment backlash story. Comedian Ben Bankas had to cancel six sold-out shows in St. Paul after intense public outrage over comments he made following the tragic shooting death of Renee Good by a federal agent. The venue called off the performances because of safety concerns after the viral backlash.

The episode then welcomed nationally syndicated radio host McGraw Milhaven from America at Night. Milhaven shared his journey into radio, offering insight into how he built his career, connected with audiences, and developed his voice in national talk media. Listeners got a rare look at what it takes to succeed in broadcast radio today.

This episode was packed with explosive topics that mattered to viewers and sparked real debate about law enforcement, free speech, entertainment, and media careers.
