Mercy Milling began on a 4th Generation Family Farm near Tappen, North Dakota. Kristen Countess and her family have been growing organic crops since 2015. Kristen's father suggested to start milling their own flour after a tough year marketing their wheat crop. They began milling the beginning of 2024 and signed up for a number of vendor shows and farmers markets. They serve delicious home-made chocolate chip cookies at their vendor events, made with their free-of-pesticides stone-ground flour.
