BEK Tuesday Volleyball Preview: Top-Ranked Spartans Featured
Tuesday night means volleyball night on BEK TV, and three more matches will air this evening across BEK Sports Networks.
On BEK TV, the top-ranked Fargo North Spartans will seek to continue their winning ways at home. They will bring a 15-1 record into their match with Grand Forks Central, who is looking to turn their EDC season around. The Spartans defeated second-ranked Davies in four sets last week, carrying that confidence into a subsequent victory over fourth-ranked defending champs West Fargo Sheyenne. After finishing 8th place at the state tournament a week ago, the Spartans are emerging as favorites to finish better than that in the Fargodome this August.
On BEK Sports 2 and 3, a pair of Region 3 matchups will air live at 7:30 PM. The Carrington Cardinals will hope to ride momentum from their five-set win over LaMoure-LM last week when they visit Ellendale. Meanwhile, the South Border Mustangs will travel to take on Strasburg/Zeeland.
