2025 NDHSRA Rodeo Finals live on BEK Sports in June
High School rodeo in North Dakota isn't just a sport; it is a way of life engulfed in tradition, spirited competition and throwback to the old days of the West.
The first state high school rodeo finals were held in Beulah from 1953-1972 featuring 54 contestants. It then moved to Medora in the years 1973 to 1979. From there, the state finals moved to New Salem from 1980 to 1987 and then to its' current home in Bowman.
BEK Sports, for the first time, will present three high school rodeo broadcasts from the NDHSRA Finals in Bowman starting Friday June 13. Qualifying competition will continue on Saturday's broadcast with the championship round airing live on Sunday the 15th.

Dakota Cowboy's own Tisa Peek will be at this year's event to watch her son, Blu Miller, compete in the Tie-Down and Team Roping events while also providing a behind-the-scenes look at this year's competitors and event.
