New College Students Can No Longer Do Basic Math

What does this say about our pre-college education system? And more importantly, what are the potential repercussions on the future of our nation, particularly in industries that demand high-level mathematical competencies, such as engineering, finance, and technology?

Katie and David will discuss how the ideological shift in education may have paved the way for a dilution of academic standards. They will also touch upon the ever-controversial topic of standardized testing and its role (or lack thereof) in perpetuating this issue.

Tune in to understand the roots of this problem and to explore potential solutions. How can we ensure that our students are not just schooled, but truly educated?
