Navigating Twitter's Trust and The Rising Lawlessness in our Nation

The Twitter/X platform is currently governed by Linda Yaccarino, a former member of the World Economic Forum. Controversially, Yaccarino has been making monetization decisions based on users' political beliefs.

Adding to the trepidation, X Blue subscribers must now undergo a stringent verification process. They are required to submit a government-issued ID and a selfie, data that is then routed through an Israel-owned software company. The implications of this move, both in terms of user privacy and the overall trust in the platform, have raised eyebrows.

Nate Fischer, the CEO of New Founding and an expert on social media and AI, voiced his concerns about such practices. Emphasizing the changing landscape of social media and the risks associated with data security, Fischer presented a comprehensive understanding of the situation.

Events such as the massive street takeover in Atlanta, where children's safety was jeopardized, and the NYC gathering that spiraled into a riot, underscore the glaring issue. Such incidents point to a growing disregard for the law, with the show hinting that a stronger and more respected law enforcement presence could deter such events.

Dan Lyman, associated with Board Hawk, added depth to the narrative. Highlighting the potential dangers of situations escalating from verbal confrontations to violent actions, Lyman stressed the need for immediate corrective measures.

The episode also touched on Trump's recently unveiled immigration plan. Dubbed as an "assembly line deportation machine", the initiative has garnered support from certain quarters, reminiscent of the expectations during Trump's first administration.
