John Deaton Exposes DEI Risks in the Military & Hugh Owen Challenges Darwinism

Deaton brings his legal expertise, military experience, and no-nonsense approach to examine whether DEI policies are impacting military readiness and national security.

Deaton’s story is one of resilience. Born into poverty in Highland Park, Michigan, he grew up in a tough environment surrounded by crime and struggle. But he refused to let his circumstances define him. Through sheer determination, he excelled in academics, graduating magna cum laude from Eastern Michigan University before earning his law degree. His service as a Marine took him to Judge Advocate duty and later to the U.S. Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted major cases. After retiring from the military, he built a successful law practice and took on high-profile battles, including a fight against the SEC. His journey is one of overcoming the odds and standing up for those who feel unheard.

But Deaton isn’t the only guest bringing a bold perspective. We also hear from Hugh Owen, director of the Kolbe Center for the Study of Creation. Owen challenges the long-held acceptance of Darwinism, arguing that evolution has fueled a decline in faith and contributed to a growing culture of secularism. He presents scientific and biblical evidence that supports the creation story in Genesis, making the case that it’s time to reevaluate what we’ve been told about our origins.

This episode is packed with thought-provoking discussions on leadership, faith, and the consequences of policies shaping our world today. Don’t miss it!
