Billing Made Simple: Auto Pay Dates Are Changing
One Auto Pay Date for Everyone
Beginning March 3, BEK is making a small change that will make billing simpler and more consistent for our members. All Auto Pay payments will be processed on the second business day of each month, no matter how you pay.
In the past, bank account Auto Pay payments were deducted on the 20th of each month, and credit and debit card payments were deducted on the 2nd. Now, all Auto Pay deductions… bank accounts, credit cards, and debit cards… will be processed on the second business day of each month. One date. One process. No confusion.
Paper Invoice Due Dates
If you receive a paper bill, your invoice will no longer list a due date of the 20th of each month. Instead, it will now read “Due Upon Receipt.” We ask that you send in your payment as soon as you receive your invoice to keep your account current.
Go Paperless and Save
If you’d like to switch from paper bills to eBills, we’ll thank you with a $5 credit on each monthly eBill you receive. It’s fast, convenient, and helps reduce paper waste.
Get Started with SmartHub
To enroll in Auto Pay or switch to eBills, simply use the SmartHub app. It’s the easiest way to manage your account and stay in control of your payments.
If you have questions, our team is always here to help. Give us a call at 701-475-2361.
Thank you for being a valued member and for helping us keep things simple and efficient for everyone.
