Are Elected Officials Merely Actors? Exploring Claim on Unsworn Oaths in Government

According to Callender, we've been unwitting spectators to a grand performance, as he asserts that our entire government consists of actors. Most alarmingly, he claims our elected officials have neglected their most sacred duty: taking their "Oath of Office".

Tune in for a deep dive into these claims for every angle of the narrative. A must-watch for those valuing integrity and transparency in our government.

More on Oaths of Office:

These words launch the start of each new Congress In January of odd numbered years: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I take this obligation freely, without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; and that I will well and faithfully discharge the duties of the office on which I am about to enter. So help me God."

The U.S. Constitution mandates a specific oath for the president, and requires other federal officials, including members of Congress, to pledge an oath or affirmation to support the Constitution.

The original oath adopted by the Inagural Congress in 1789 was straightforward: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support the Constitution of the United States."

The modern oath used today was developed during the tumultuous times of the 1860s, amidst the Civil War.
