You’re Invited to the BEK Communications Cooperative 74th Annual Meeting! Mark your calendar and make plans to join us on Thursday, June 11, 2026, for the BEK Communications Cooperative 74th Annual Meeting.
Please note a schedule change for this year’s Annual Meeting. The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by supper at the conclusion of the meeting.

We look forward to gathering with our members, sharing updates on our cooperative, and enjoying an evening together.

Your Voice. Your Cooperative. Your Vote. As a valued member of BEK Communications Cooperative, your participation in the Annual Meeting is important. This is your opportunity to stay informed, participate in the cooperative’s election process, and help shape the future of BEK and the communities we serve.
IMPORTANT VOTING INFORMATION This year, all members will automatically receive a ballot. You may vote in one of the following ways:
1- By Mail - Complete your paper ballot and return it using the enclosed return envelope. Ballots must be returned in the provided envelope. 2- Online - Vote securely using the link and passcode provided on your paper ballot, or via the link you will receive by email or SMS (text message), if we have your email and/or mobile number on file.
3- In Person - Cast your vote at the Annual Meeting on June 11.

While voting is important, we encourage you to attend in person. The Annual Meeting is a great opportunity to connect with fellow members, visit with directors and staff, and hear updates on how your cooperative is investing in our communities.
If you are unable to attend in person, the meeting will be livestreamed on BEK TV so members can follow along remotely.
